I’m Leanne, but you know that already!

When I became a coach in 2020 I had no idea how to bring in the coaching holy grail of consistent clients. In the beginning, I struggled to speak on camera, I had no confidence in selling and going back to my corporate job was always a looming threat. My coaching business could not be a hobby. I had to make it work as going back to a soul-sucking and anxiety-inducing job was not an option.

There is a huge gap between qualifying as a coach and bringing in consistent clients. To establish a thriving coaching business you need a solid foundation in branding, messaging, and strategic client attraction and conversion. Of equal importance is the need to learn how to overcome the annoying mindset blocks that will try and hold you back from success.

What I’ve learned

I learned that I had to step up outta my self-doubt-induced comfort zone and boldly stand out to be noticed in the coaching crowd.  I had to show up as the authentic, unapologetic, f-bomb-dropping me. Yep, I became my USP (Unique Selling Point). To be noticed by my ideal clients, I had to create a personal brand that was an extension of my personality, cohesive, professional, and my vibe. And you know what? It worked like magic.

In 2021, I smashed it. I hit my first £10k month and got fully booked in a tough niche. It was a game-changer. And then, in 2022, I took a leap and started coaching coaches and female business owners. It was a match made in heaven that went together like cheese and crackers.

My superpower is empowering coaches to step into their Big Deal Energy by helping them overcome their self-doubt, unleash their unapologetic brilliance and master the must-haves of a successful coaching business.

Leanne's coaching journey began in 2020 when she left her corporate job in construction behind and dove headfirst into the world of coaching. In 2021, after feeling like nothing was working and pressure from her hubby to go back to her corporate job, she got out of her own way and got fully booked in a tough niche.
