Do you ever worry about this happening to your kids?

Do you ever worry that your kids might end up like you?

I used to.

I used to worry that my girls would end up like me with all of my...

  • Anxiety

  • Self-doubt

  • Needing external validation to feel worthy

  • People-pleasing

  • Imposter syndrome

  • Feeling guilty over everything

  • Getting into bad relationships because the more they rejected me the more I wanted them

  • Believing I'm not 'special' enough to have what I really want in life

  • Looking in the mirror and picking fault after fault

  • Trusting other people's opinions of me and my life rather than my own

  • Hating speaking up in a room full of people

The real fear

BASICALLY, I didn't want them to turn out like me with a perpetual feeling of NOT BEING GOOD ENOUGH that played out in almost every single aspect of my life, and made my life so much harder than it needed to be. Because almost every day of my life was spent trying to prove that I was good enough, a good enough friend, partner, employee, daughter, and human.

I wanted them to live a happy and full life where they believed that they were WORTHY OF LOVE AND ALL OF THE GOOD THINGS. I didn’t want them to be held back by their self-doubt, anxiety and not-enoughness.

The realisation

I realised that if I wanted that for them I was the best person to teach them how. I am their role model and you are a role model for your kids. Your kids are watching and learning EVERYTHING from you;

  • If you want your kids to be kind to themselves, be kind to yourself.

  • If you want your kids to be confident, be confident in yourself.

  • If you want your kids to be body positive, be body positive.

  • If you want your kids to be fearless and go after their dreams, be fearless and go after your dreams.

From martyr to model

4 years ago I went on my own self-worth journey to overcome a lifetime of unworthiness and it changed my f*cking life and the future life of my daughters.

Now they are learning from a mum that treats herself with kindness, believes in herself, loves herself and feels alive.

My daughters get the best version of me most of the time.

I want your kids to get the best version of you most of the time too.

I have created a 3 step journey that I have been taking other incredible mums on for the past 2.5 years.

Mums who are ready to break the cycle of unworthiness for themselves and their kids so that they can live their best lives.

If you want to be a cycle breaker - invest in yourself and your family, and go on your own self-worth journey. There is no better time than now.
