What I wish for my daughter and your daughters

12 years ago today I became a mum to my wonderful daughter Delia 💛

This is what I wish for her and all the daughters in the world;

✨I wish for her to have a wonderful life with lots of happiness and fulfilment. To have self worth, love and confidence. To be able to stand up for herself, to do what's best for her whether people approve or not, and know that she can achieve anything she wants if she takes action.

✨To know that her worth isn’t found in her appearance, weight, job title, external validation, fitting in, or being perfect.

✨I don’t want her to listen to her inner critic. I want her to know that the voice in her head that tells her she’s not good enough doesn’t tell the truth or know what's best for her.

✨I want her to know that having self-worth and love isn’t ‘big-headed’ or arrogant. That it actually makes life so much easier and better in every way.

If you want your daughters to have all of the above too, the best way to ensure that it happens is for Y O U to be and feel all of those things too.

Be their role model. Because Y O U are the best person that they can learn from.

If you don’t feel most of the above, the good news is that Y O U can learn it! And it is one of the most positive and exciting journeys that you will go on. IT will change your f*cking life!

My 1:1 coaching programme ‘Winning at Life’ will set you up to be the role model that you want to be for your kids. When you love yourself it creates a gorgeous ripple effect for your whole family that they will learn and benefit from.
