You're still a good mum even if you...

Are you a working parent? Still a good mum.

Do you enjoy time alone without your kids? Still a good mum.

Do you lose your sh*t? Still a good mum.

Do you take time to look after yourself? Still a good mum.

Do you adore your kids but need your own purpose? Still a good mum.

Do you sometimes hate being a mum and all of the responsibilities? Still a good mum.

As long as your kids feel safe and loved you're doing an awesome job.

Don't beat yourself up thinking that you don't measure up to being a 'perfect' mum, because a perfect mum does not exist. (No matter how much some mums on instagram try and portray that they do).

Your kids want you to be happy more than they want you to be perfect, so drop your shoulders, unclench your jaw and focus on doing things that make you happy rather than being perfect.

What can you add to the list my love?
